We are now accepting vendors for our July 4th 2018 Timber Festival!
STEP 1: Download and read the vendor handbook and liability release agreement. You will need to sign and return the liability release.
STEP 2: Choose your vendor type and pay online to reserve your spot.

Public Interaction Vendor

Food or Drink Vendor
$120.00 – $275.00
In addition to standard vendor spaces we have Sponsoring Vendor positions in our $500 and up Sponsorship Packages!
STEP 3: Send us a picture of your booth and a copy of the signed vendor liability release form. If you prepare food or interact with the public in any way we also need a copy of your proof of liability insurance naming Estacada Area Community Events & Portland General Electric as additional insured.
We require all potential vendors to complete the application steps above. Consider yourself approved if you do not hear other wise within 2 weeks of submitting your application or by the vendor packet mailing date of 6/22/18. We will refund all your fees if you are not accepted as a vendor.
